'Preparing to Win' - Sabre Training Weekend with Prof. Phil Carson

AUFC is proud to host its first Sabre Training Weekend with Prof. Phil Carson of Salle Ossian

10th/11th May
11am - 4pm both days
Aberdeen Sports Village, Linksfield Rd, AB24 5RJ
£35 for both days, £25 for one.

The theme of the weekend is 'Preparing to Win'. The weekend will include:

Physical preparation
Footwork preparation
Blade preparation in attack and defence
Psychological preparation

The course is open to sabreurs of all abilities aged 13+
